How many guests can charbar @ the Simmons serve in its event space(s)?

Whether your event is an important business meeting for 10 people in our board room or a wedding for more than 100 on our rooftop patio, we have experience in large and small events and everything in between.

Who would create the menu for our event?

Celebrity Chef Connie DeSousa works with Chef Jessica Pelland and the team at charbar to present seasonal menus as a basis for your event. They will also work together to create an entirely customized menu based on your likes, dislikes, dietary concerns and the type of function you are holding. We have sample menus to help guide you for a perfect experience.

Can floral arrangements be made through charbar for our catered events?

Our partners at Red Rose Florist have an unbelievable reputation in our city. Centerpieces to cocktail arrangements, bouquets and boutonnières, our event representative will be present at your pre-event meetings to help make your floral dreams a reality.

Does charbar order rentals for catered events?

From music to lighting, glassware to service staff, charbar is a one-stop shop for everything that you will need for your event down to the very last teaspoon!

Can charbar cater at any venue or just at the Simmons Buidling?

Any setting is possible. We will ensure that you make the right choice for the size and nature of event. We can do our jobs just about anywhere.
